The following menu will give you an idea of some different food options for your event.
Every option includes the set up, service throughout your function, and the clean up afterwards. All of our meals are decoratively set up buffet style with linen, skirting, leather ferns, and flowers. All hot food is set up in silver chafers and cold food on decorative trays. Quality plateware, silverware, napkins, and cups are always included.
The following options are set up to give you an idea of items available and pricing. Every event will have a custom proposal written to allow you to change any item to fit your needs.
We are happy to provide any beverage service including, beer, wine, and liquor. We have numerous options available.
A 50% deposit is required in order to guarantee the date and time of your function. Complete payment is due at the end of your event.
To serve you properly, the minimum of attendance must be specified within seven days of the event as a guarantee. You may change anything prior to that time.
Idaho sales tax, and a 15% service charge will be applied to every function.
